London, England, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Kianna Briggs has started a new role as Head of Talent Acquisition & Inclusion at Medialab Group, where she will lead talent strategy, acquisition, and inclusion initiatives for the UK’s leading independent media agency.
In her most recent position, Kianna served as an Inclusive Excellence Champion at Inclusion UK, where she championed best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion across multiple projects and clients.
Before this, Kianna contributed to the Black Recruiters Network as a Social Media Manager, driving digital engagement and visibility for the network, and she has been an active member at Media For All [MEFA], supporting media industry professionals from underrepresented backgrounds.
She previously spent over four years at IPG Mediabrands UK, where she held various roles including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager, Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Manager. She was instrumental in shaping equitable hiring practices and building diverse talent pipelines across the group and its agencies.
Her earlier career includes talent acquisition roles at KINESSO (Matterkind) and Cheil UK, and executive search experience at Camino Partners Ltd, where she developed recruitment practices tailored for the media and creative sector.
