Houston, Texas, United States, September 2025 – Kim Goodfellow has been appointed as Vice President – Total Rewards & Talent Management at Tallgrass, a prominent U.S.-based energy infrastructure company. In this strategic leadership role, Kim will oversee compensation, incentive programs, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, while leading a team of 14 HR professionals to advance the company’s One Tallgrass philosophy and culture of innovation.
Prior to joining Tallgrass, Kim Goodfellow served as Principal Consultant at Goodfellow Advisors, where she provided strategic HR and transition consulting services to businesses and individuals navigating transformational change. Her work focused on executive coaching, change management, and organizational design across the U.S. and U.K. markets.
Before launching her consulting venture, Kim was Vice President of Total Rewards at Palmetto, where she led total rewards, talent, and M&A activities during a phase of rapid company growth. Her tenure included two acquisitions, scaling of HR infrastructure, and overseeing equity compliance in 48 states—all while supporting two funding rounds totaling $525M.
She previously held roles at LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc. (a Berkshire Hathaway Company) as Director of Business Transformation and Organizational Design, and at Blue Mountain Midstream as Director of Human Resources, where she played a key role in building HR infrastructure, improving retention, and aligning people strategy with business operations.
Her earlier experience includes leading HR at Oklahoma Farm Bureau, serving as Director of Learning, Development, and Engagement at Enable Midstream Partners, and working across multiple leadership development and organization effectiveness roles at Enogex and Escovedo Management. She began her corporate journey at Shell Oil Company, serving in several strategic and supervisory roles across the U.S. and Europe.
Kim Goodfellow holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University New Orleans. Her academic foundation in business strategy complements her extensive career in human capital leadership and transformation.
