Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, December 2025 — Kim Haven has joined The Blanchard Institute as Chief Human Resources Officer, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent development, compliance, and culture initiatives to support the delivery of compassionate, life-changing care.
In her new role, Kim Haven will focus on building high-performing, values-driven teams, strengthening HR governance frameworks, and partnering closely with executive leadership to foster a culture of wellbeing, accountability, and clinical excellence across the organization.
In her most recent role prior to joining The Blanchard Institute, Kim Haven served as Vice President, Human Resources at Cooper Aerobics, where she provided strategic HR leadership, organizational development oversight, and compliance governance while supporting healthcare operations in Texas.
Before that, she held leadership roles at Advantis Medical Staffing, where she served as Vice President Human Resources and Human Resources Director, leading HR, credentialing, licensing, and compliance functions to strengthen enterprise-wide workforce operations and regulatory frameworks.
Earlier, Kim Haven spent several years at Haven Behavioral Healthcare as Vice President Human Resources, where she acted as a senior HR leader supporting a multi-state behavioral healthcare system. She partnered closely with C-suite leaders to drive workforce strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
She also held senior HR leadership and consulting positions at Employers Resource, PremierLink HR Consultants, Ataraxis, Delta Dental of Idaho, and CH2M, building a strong foundation across healthcare, consulting, professional services, and multi-industry HR leadership.
Education
Kim Haven holds a Master of Social Work degree from Boston College, providing a strong academic foundation for her people-centric leadership philosophy.
