Hudson, Massachusetts, United States, September 2024 – Kimberly Murray has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Cosán Group, effective August 2024. In this role, Murray will be responsible for leading the company’s HR strategy and enhancing employee engagement to support Cosán Group’s mission in preventative care coordination.
Prior to joining Cosán Group, Kimberly Murray served as Fractional Head of People at Cosán Group on a contract basis for approximately 6 months, where she contributed to refining HR processes and strategies.
Before this, she was the SVP of Employee Experience (Human Resources) at Vensure Employer Solutions for about a year. Here, she played a key role in the integration process following the merger with PrismHR, focusing on aligning organizational culture and improving employee experience.
Kimberly also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources (Head of People) at PrismHR for over 6 years, where she led HR operations and global expansion efforts, including talent acquisition and employee development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Human Resources Consultant at AlliedBarton Security Services for 5 months, providing expertise in high-volume recruiting and talent assessment strategies.
Kimberly’s experience also includes a role as Director of Human Resources at Macy’s Logistics and Operations for just over a year, overseeing HR functions for direct-to-consumer sites and driving recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
Enabled through technology and fueled by clinical excellence, Cosán delivers a suite of preventative care coordination tools designed to assist Physicians, Healthcare Organizations, Payers, and Patients in improving outcomes for aging populations. The company collaborates closely with healthcare providers to implement Chronic Care Management, Behavioral Health Integration, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Tele-Health programs. These services aim to fill care gaps between exams, reduce care costs, increase practice revenue, and enhance the overall quality of life for older adults.
