Atlanta, Georgia, United States, May 2025 – Kimberly Rath has been named Vice President, People Support at Lazer Logistics, North America’s largest provider of outsourced yard logistics solutions. In her new role, Kimberly will lead the company’s people strategy to enhance employee experience, drive workforce engagement, and support Lazer’s continued growth across 700+ locations in the U.S. and Canada.
Before joining Lazer Logistics, Kimberly Rath served as Vice President, Human Resources at PulteGroup for nearly four years, where she played a key role in shaping HR strategies aligned with organizational goals across the homebuilding leader’s operations.
Earlier, she spent almost seven years at Slalom, where she held roles as Regional HR Director and HR Business Partner, supporting rapid expansion and employee engagement initiatives across the consulting firm’s growing regional footprint.
Previously, Kimberly held leadership roles in HR at Apple and Starbucks, where she was responsible for driving people development, building inclusive teams, and leading HR operations across retail and corporate functions.
Her early career included roles as HR Generalist at Security Associates International and Trainer/HR Generalist at Doubletree Hotel @ Universal Orlando, laying the foundation for her deep expertise in employee relations, leadership development, and talent strategy.
