Singapore, December 2025 – Henkel has appointed Kingley Lim as APAC Head of Culture, DEI, CSR & Talent Head SEA ANZ, effective August 2025. In this expanded leadership role, Kingley Lim is responsible for driving the people, culture, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and talent agenda across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focused mandate spanning Southeast Asia and ANZ.
In his current role at Henkel, Kingley Lim leads the regional culture and talent strategy across APAC, aligning organizational values, DEI priorities, and people practices with business growth and sustainability objectives. His remit covers cultural transformation, inclusive leadership, talent strategy, and CSR initiatives, supporting Henkel’s long-term commitment to responsible and purpose-driven growth.
Prior to joining Henkel, Kingley Lim spent over five years at L’Oréal, where he held progressive leadership roles in the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, he served as Senior HR Business Partner, Change & DEI Lead – Travel Retail APAC, partnering with business leadership on transformation, workforce planning, and DEI initiatives. Earlier at L’Oréal, he was Head of Talent Acquisition, HRBP & DEI Lead – SAPMENA, where he led regional talent acquisition strategies, HR business partnering, and DEI programs across South Asia, Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa.
Before L’Oréal, Kingley Lim worked as Senior Talent Partner – APAC at JUUL Labs, managing senior-level hiring and regional talent strategy. He also held global HR leadership roles at CFLD International, where he served as Global Senior HR Business Partner & Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, overseeing talent acquisition, campus hiring, employer branding, and HR business partnering across Singapore and China.
Earlier in his career, Kingley Lim worked as Senior Consultant – HR at Robert Walters, advising clients on executive search and talent solutions across Singapore, and began his professional journey at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore as a Senior Financial Consultant, gaining foundational experience in client advisory and stakeholder management.
