In her new role, she will oversee the strategic growth and operations of Oberoi Mall and Sky City Mall, two of Mumbai’s most prominent lifestyle destinations.

With over 18 years of experience in retail leasing, mall management, and commercial real estate, Tanu Prasad has established herself as one of India’s foremost leaders in the retail property segment.
Before rejoining Oberoi Realty, she served at Nexus Select Trust for over seven years, where she rose to the role of Senior Vice President & Head – Leasing. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in driving leasing strategies, maximizing asset profitability, and building long-term retailer partnerships across a diverse retail portfolio. Her strategic leadership contributed to the brand’s success in enhancing tenant mix and consumer engagement across multiple malls in India.
Prior to her leadership journey at Nexus Select Trust, Tanu was associated with Oberoi Realty for more than a decade, where she served as General Manager – Leasing (Retail) and Deputy General Manager – Leasing (Retail). She was instrumental in the leasing and zoning of Oberoi Mall, ensuring sustained profitability for both promoters and tenants, while continuously upgrading the asset to align with evolving consumer expectations.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Craftsbridge India Pvt. Ltd. as Manager – Corporate Sales, handling major accounts such as Jet Airways and ICICI Lombard, where she developed strong business acumen in sales strategy and client relationship management.
