Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, United States, November 2025 — Kipp Birtwistle has been promoted to Vice President, People & Culture Enablement at Integrity, marking a significant milestone in his three-year journey with the organization. In his expanded leadership role, Kipp will continue shaping Integrity’s enterprise-wide strategy that connects people, processes, and technology to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Kipp has been instrumental in advancing Integrity’s people strategy through progressive leadership roles. Most recently, as Senior Director, People & Culture Enablement, he led enterprise initiatives spanning Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, Extended Workforce, People Analytics, Culture, and People Technology (Workday HRIS). His efforts helped strengthen Integrity’s focus on scalable, people-first solutions and data-driven culture transformation.
Before this, he served as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Culture at Integrity, driving strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, engagement, and experience. His leadership played a key role in aligning business strategy with a culture of belonging and performance.
Prior to joining Integrity, Kipp spent over six years at Caliber Holdings Corporation, where he served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. He led the talent strategy for more than 25,000 teammates across 40 states and managed large-scale recruiting operations during the Caliber–Abra Auto Body & Glass merger. His success in implementing automation, AI, and CRM solutions reshaped Caliber’s national recruitment processes.
Earlier in his career, Kipp held progressive roles at Cooks Collision and Herbalife Nutrition, where he gained extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, employer branding, and workforce development. These roles laid the foundation for his strategic and operational expertise in human resources.
