This strategic appointment comes at a crucial time for Parkdean Resorts as they aim to enhance their financial strategies and continue their growth trajectory in the highly competitive holiday park industry.
A Rich Tapestry of Experience
Kirk Davis brings to Parkdean Resorts a profound depth of experience in finance management and strategic growth, cultivated over years of leadership roles across various sectors. Prior to joining Parkdean Resorts, Davis served as the CFO of the restaurant group from February 2018 to September 2023, where he was instrumental in steering the company through challenging financial landscapes and driving profitability.
Before his tenure at the restaurant group, Davis held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Greene King from November 2014 to January 2018. His strategic financial planning and execution played a pivotal role in Greene King’s success and expansion during this period.
Davis’s journey also includes significant roles at JD Wetherspoon, where he ascended from Deputy Finance Director to Finance Director and Company Secretary, demonstrating his capability to oversee complex financial operations and contribute to the company’s solid financial health.
