Kirstyn has been part of Technica Ltd for over a year, previously serving as Human Resources Business Partner, where she contributed to driving employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR process improvement across the company’s technical and project divisions. Her collaborative approach and strong business partnering have positioned HR as a strategic enabler within the organization.
Before joining Technica, Kirstyn spent three years at 2 Sisters Food Group as HR Advisor, supporting large-scale manufacturing operations through effective HR management, employee relations, and compliance. She also worked at Vanilla Solutions as HR and Recruitment Manager, where she managed recruitment strategy and workforce expansion to support business growth in the technology sector.
Earlier in her career, Kirstyn gained valuable leadership and operational experience through roles such as Operations Manager at Finedale Construction, PA/Office Manager at Finedale Homes, and customer service leadership positions at Wren Kitchens. She also worked in the hospitality sector with Best Western Burn Hall Hotel, Louvre Hotels Group, and Hilton York, where she honed her skills in people management, service excellence, and event operations.
