Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Kishore A K has joined Altimetrik as Global Head – Talent Supply Chain, bringing with him over two decades of leadership experience in global talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and organizational scalability. In his new role, Kishore will oversee the company’s end-to-end talent supply chain operations, focusing on workforce agility, digital talent transformation, and aligning human capital strategy with Altimetrik’s AI-first business goals.
Before joining Altimetrik, Kishore served as Vice President & Global Head – Talent Acquisition at UST, where he played a pivotal role in driving global hiring strategies, building a digital-ready talent ecosystem, and supporting large-scale growth across multiple geographies. His strategic initiatives in talent branding, workforce analytics, and predictive hiring helped UST strengthen its position as a global technology leader.
Earlier, he held key leadership positions as Global Head – Talent Acquisition at Mindtree and Ness Digital Engineering, where he led global recruitment transformations, built scalable processes, and nurtured high-performance teams. His earlier career includes impactful stints with Aditya Birla Minacs, Atos, and other technology and consulting organizations, where he specialized in establishing talent acquisition centers of excellence across India and APAC.
With nearly three decades of experience spanning IT services, engineering, and consulting, Kishore is widely recognized for his ability to integrate data-driven insights, workforce innovation, and people-first strategies to create high-impact talent ecosystems. At Altimetrik, his leadership will be central to strengthening the company’s global delivery capabilities and enabling sustainable talent scalability in the AI era.
