New York, United States, May 2025 – Kolja Kiofsky has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer at SWAROVSKI, effective January 2026. After serving the company for over 15 years, Kolja succeeds Michele Molon, who will leave the organization in July to pursue a new opportunity.
In his new role, Kolja will lead SWAROVSKI’s global omni-channel operations, including sales, commercial architecture, and real estate. His extensive experience across global markets and commitment to brand elevation position him well to steer the commercial function into the brand’s next era of transformation.
Kolja most recently served as President (General Manager) for North America, where he spearheaded the LUXignite transformation strategy across the Americas region, driving sustained double-digit growth while enhancing the brand’s luxury positioning. As a member of the Executive Vice President tier and extended Executive Committee, he played a critical role in aligning customer experience with business outcomes.
Previously, Kolja was Senior Vice President of Global Customer Experience & OmniRetail Management, where he led global retail operations, architecture, training, and omnichannel development—directing a team of over 100 professionals across key retail geographies.
Before this, he held leadership roles as Director of Sales, Marketing & Operations for CEEMEA, and Head of Global Retail Marketing Services, focusing on business development, pricing, and marketing strategy across multiple international markets. Early in his career, he served as Board Member for Swarovski Retail entities across Europe.
