Fort Worth, Texas, United States, December 2025 — Kristina Schram has been promoted to Director Human Resources, Employee Relations at BNSF Railway. In this role, she will help strengthen employee relations priorities and support the organization’s commitment to an ethical, high-trust, and compliance-driven workplace across its operations.
With over 14 years at BNSF Railway, Kristina Schram has built a diverse trajectory spanning transportation administration, HR capability-building, and enterprise compliance leadership. Before this promotion, she served as Project Manager II, Compliance Anti-Fraud, and earlier led the BNSF Ethics Hotline program as Project Manager I, contributing to robust governance, investigative rigor, and organizational integrity.
She also worked as an Anti-fraud Compliance Specialist and previously as an HR Training Specialist, strengthening HR learning and capability frameworks. Her earlier experience as Northwest Division Transportation Administrator reflects a strong operational foundation that complements her people and ethics leadership, positioning her well for this expanded employee relations mandate.
