New York City, New York, United States, April 2025 – Kristy Rosse has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Arcmed, a leader in precision fluid handling components for diagnostic and analytical instruments. In this capacity, Kristy will lead the company’s global human resources strategy, focusing on scaling people capabilities, driving cultural integration, and aligning talent with Arcmed’s mission of improving patient outcomes.
Prior to joining Arcmed, Kristy Rosse served as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Protara Therapeutics, where she reported directly to the CEO and led HR strategy, operations, culture, and compliance during a critical phase of organizational transformation. She also ran her own consulting firm, Kristy C. Rosse, LLC, advising small to mid-sized businesses on human capital strategy.
Before that, Kristy spent nearly eight years at Acorda Therapeutics, holding progressive roles including Executive Director and later Vice President of Human Resources, where she drove strategic people planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Kristy began her HR leadership journey at PepsiCo, where she spent over eight years in various senior HR roles, including Senior Director Human Resources and Director of Organization Management Development, supporting large cross-functional teams across North America and Latin America. She also held key HR positions at Gartner and Accenture, where she built a strong foundation in global HR business partnering, organizational development, and performance management.
