Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, February 2026 — Krithika Vidyasagar has joined Kumaran Systems as Vice President – Human Resources. She brings extensive experience in strategic people transformation, culture building, and scalable HR leadership, and will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s people agenda as it continues its growth and AI-led transformation journey.
Prior to joining Kumaran Systems, Krithika Vidyasagar worked as an Independent HR Consultant, partnering with multiple organizations on strategic people and culture projects. She led HR transformation initiatives, competency mapping frameworks, leadership development programs, and organizational design projects for clients including Foodworks Gourmet (TOVO), Annalect India (Omnicom Group), and TAG Worldwide.
Earlier, she served as Director – Human Resources (India) at Hogarth, where she built the HR function from the ground up and scaled the workforce rapidly while aligning with global frameworks. She also held senior HR leadership roles at Servion Global Solutions, Sensiple, and Merrill Technology Services, driving large-scale HR operations, performance management systems, and employee engagement strategies.
Her earlier career includes HR leadership positions at SPI, Satyam Computer Services Limited, Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd, Polaris Software Lab, and Covansys, where she built deep expertise in HR transformation, performance systems, and large-scale talent management.
