Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, February 2026 — NAMTECH, the Institute of Manufacturing Innovation, has appointed Kuldeep Koul as Chief Digital Officer.
In this role, Kuldeep will contribute toward bridging the gap between evolving industry needs and skilled talent through innovative, technology-driven education models. His mandate includes strengthening NAMTECH’s digital architecture, integrating Industry 4.0 frameworks, and building scalable digital ecosystems aligned with advanced manufacturing and engineering education.
Prior to joining NAMTECH, Kuldeep served as Chief Technology Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Skhy, where he oversaw enterprise-wide technology strategy across AI-driven divisions including advanced sensing, geospatial intelligence, secure LLM deployments, IoT frameworks, and energy marketplace platforms. He led Directors of Engineering across verticals to deliver scalable AI engines, hyperspectral analytics, and secure digital infrastructures.
Earlier, Kuldeep spent nearly 18 years at Thales India (P) Ltd., including his tenure as Regional CIO and Regional CIO & CISO for India–Africa–Eurasia. He drove digital transformation, cybersecurity modernization, ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Infor/Lawson), enterprise architecture design, large-scale deployments, and IT governance frameworks aligned with global business operations.
His earlier career includes leadership roles at HCL Infosystems Ltd and Team Computers, where he managed service delivery, infrastructure design, and enterprise system integrations.
Kuldeep holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Operations Management) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, graduating with First Class distinction.
