Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 – V. S. International Pvt.Ltd. has appointed Rasik Dave as Head – Human Resources, strengthening the company’s leadership bench as it deepens its focus on organisational capability and talent strategy across markets.
With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, Rasik will lead HR functions spanning talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce planning, compensation strategy, regulatory compliance, HR technology, and employee relations. In his new role, he will partner closely with the management and executive team to align HR strategy with business priorities across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations, supporting the company’s growth ambitions.
Rasik joins from Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, where he spent nearly two decades in progressive HR leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior General Manager – HR, leading HR strategy and operations across multiple manufacturing plants, driving organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and transformational initiatives including technology adoption and capability building. Prior to that, as General Manager – Human Resources, he played a key role in aligning HR strategy with business needs, overseeing employee relations, governance, and the implementation of cloud-based systems such as SuccessFactors for performance, learning, and recruitment.
Earlier in his career, Rasik worked with Zydus Cadila, where he was involved in sales recruitment, compensation processes, statutory compliance, and HRIS development. His journey reflects a consistent focus on strategic HR leadership, change management, and building high-performance cultures within highly regulated pharmaceutical environments.
As the pharma industry recalibrates for growth, compliance, and operational agility, this appointment signals a clear emphasis on strengthening the HR function as a strategic enabler of sustainable business performance.
Rasik holds a PGD in Human Resource & Business Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
