Vidya Srinivasan Appointed Chief Financial Officer of Procter & Gamble

Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, May 2026 – Vidya Srinivasan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Procter & Gamble, effective July 1, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. In addition to assuming the CFO role, she will also serve as an Executive Director of the company for a five-year term, further strengthening the leadership team at Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited.

With more than two decades of finance leadership experience across global markets, Vidya Srinivasan brings deep expertise in financial strategy, business stewardship, mergers and acquisitions, global business services, operational excellence, and corporate governance. Since joining Procter & Gamble in 2005, she has held several senior leadership roles across the United States, Latin America, the Philippines, and India, contributing significantly to the company’s financial and business transformation initiatives.

Prior to this appointment, Vidya served as P&G India Group CFO, where she was responsible for leading financial strategy and governance across the company’s India operations. In this role, she played a key part in supporting business growth, financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across one of P&G’s most important growth markets.

Earlier, she served as Vice President, Manila Global Business Services and Global External Reporting, based in the Philippines. During this tenure, she led critical global reporting functions and business services operations, helping strengthen financial controls, reporting excellence, and operational effectiveness across the organization.

Before that, Vidya held the position of Vice President, Source Plan Pay Operations – Global Business Services in Cincinnati, where she led global operations focused on procurement, planning, payment systems, and business process optimization. Her leadership contributed to enhancing efficiency, governance, and financial discipline across multiple enterprise-wide processes.

Her global career at P&G also includes serving as Senior Finance Director – Latin America Baby and Fem Care, where she led the finance function for one of the company’s key consumer businesses across Latin America. Earlier, she worked as Associate Director – Global Business Development (Mergers & Acquisitions), overseeing acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic business transactions. She also held leadership roles in North America Fabric Care Finance and Global Business Services Finance, contributing to business planning, financial analysis, IT transformation, and enterprise stewardship initiatives.

Before joining P&G, Vidya gained valuable financial and analytical experience with Verizon as a Senior Analyst and Citigroup as an Analyst, building a strong foundation in financial analysis, business strategy, and corporate finance.

Vidya holds an MBA in Finance from University of Virginia Darden School of Business, one of the world’s leading business schools. Her appointment reflects P&G’s confidence in her ability to drive financial excellence, strategic growth, and long-term value creation across the organization.
