Pune, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Jatin Nayyar has been elevated to Executive Vice President at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, recognizing his exceptional contributions to distribution excellence, commercial operations, supply chain transformation, and business growth within the organization.
The elevation marks another significant milestone in Jatin’s distinguished career spanning more than 25 years across pharmaceutical distribution, commercial operations, logistics, customer service, supply chain management, and enterprise transformation. In his expanded leadership role, he will continue to strengthen Emcure’s distribution and commercial capabilities while supporting the company’s growth agenda across domestic and global markets.
Prior to becoming Executive Vice President, Jatin served as Senior Vice President – Distribution & Commercial at Emcure Pharmaceuticals. Earlier, he held the position of Vice President – Distribution & Commercial, playing a key role in optimizing distribution networks, enhancing supply chain efficiency, strengthening commercial operations, and supporting the company’s operational excellence initiatives. Since joining Emcure in 2021, he has contributed significantly to building scalable distribution frameworks aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Before joining Emcure, Jatin served as Assistant Vice President – Distribution at J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited, where he led distribution management and supply chain initiatives focused on improving service levels, operational efficiency, and business responsiveness.
A major chapter of his career was his nearly nine-year tenure with Cipla, where he served as Director – Distribution Operations. During this period, he played a pivotal role in strengthening distribution operations and led critical SAP implementation and support initiatives, helping enhance process integration, operational visibility, and supply chain effectiveness across the organization.
Earlier, Jatin held leadership positions with Abbott Truecare Pharma Pvt Ltd, Eli Lilly and Company, Lupin Limited, Nicholas Piramal India Limited, Roche, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Sanofi Pasteur. Across these organizations, he built extensive expertise in commercial operations, logistics, customer service, inventory management, distribution strategy, and pharmaceutical supply chain leadership.
With over two decades of experience across some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, Jatin has established himself as a respected leader in distribution and commercial operations, consistently driving efficiency, scalability, and customer-centric execution.
