Jitendra Borse has a strong background in talent acquisition, having previously served as Head of Talent Acquisition at CMS Info Systems for seven months, where he led recruitment for logistics, managed services, and technology solutions. He played a vital role in aligning talent acquisition with business strategies while strengthening the company’s employer brand.
Before CMS Info Systems, Jitendra worked as Director of Talent Acquisition at Marsh McLennan for over two years, focusing on niche hiring and diversity projects. He collaborated with senior leadership to implement innovative recruiting strategies across various business units, contributing significantly to talent management.
Jitendra also served as Assistant Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Credit Suisse for two years, driving talent acquisition across finance and HR domains while reinforcing diversity initiatives. Earlier, at Reliance Industries Limited, he was Deputy General Manager of Talent Acquisition for over four years, leading group-wide hiring initiatives and large-scale transformation projects.
