Neetha Thomas Joins Rossari Biotech Ltd as Head - Corporate HR

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, – October 2024 – Rossari Biotech Ltd has appointed Neetha Thomas as the new Head of Corporate HR. With her vast expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development, Neetha will focus on enhancing HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement across the organization.

Neetha brings over 15 years of HR experience to her new role. Before joining Rossari Biotech, she served as the Head – People Function at HYPHEN for over a year, where she led HR initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, diversity, and strategic HR leadership. Concurrently, she also held the role of Head – People Function at mCaffeine, where she developed comprehensive HR strategies, including employer branding and employee learning programs, further strengthening the company’s HR framework.

Prior to this, Neetha was Vice President – Human Capital & Administration at LogiNext in Mumbai for nearly two and a half years, overseeing global HR management, employee engagement, and learning initiatives. She was instrumental in driving strategic HR transformations and enhancing employer branding.

Earlier in her career, Neetha was the Head – HR at Unlimit, a Reliance Group company, where she established the company’s first global HR strategy, significantly improving employee engagement and retention over a two-year tenure. She also served as Regional Human Resources Director at Clover Qatar, where she achieved compliance excellence and led recruitment efforts, reducing turnover rates by 60%.
