Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 — Kunal K Singh has been appointed as General Manager – Head Learning & Development at Avaada Electro. In this role, he will lead enterprise learning and talent development initiatives, strengthening capability-building frameworks to support the company’s growth in advanced clean energy manufacturing.
Prior to this appointment, Kunal K Singh served as L&D & TM Project Leader at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, where he worked on organization effectiveness, competency modelling, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management projects, helping organizations align people strategy with business transformation.
Earlier, he was Assistant General Manager – Talent Management at Spectra, where he led enterprise-wide L&D strategy. He established internal academies, high-potential leadership programs, and modern LMS frameworks that significantly improved engagement, training participation, and productivity while strengthening organizational culture and retention.
He also held training leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, BT Group, and HCL Technologies, where he designed and delivered large-scale training programs, built internal trainer capability, improved customer experience metrics, and drove process excellence initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he gained operational and coaching experience at Barclays and HCL BPO, developing strong foundations in customer service, performance coaching, and team development.
