Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, December 2024 – Kyle Bingel has stepped into the role of Associate Director Talent Acquisition for Manufacturing & Quality at Eli Lilly and Company. In this position, Kyle will collaborate with leaders and HR partners to identify and attract top-tier talent to support Lilly’s critical manufacturing and quality operations. After spending over a decade in manufacturing roles, Kyle is excited to continue contributing to the company’s mission by shaping its workforce with exceptional and diverse talent.
Kyle’s journey at Eli Lilly and Company spans over a decade. Most recently, he served as Associate Director of Engineering in the Central Utilities Department, where he oversaw essential utilities across the 250+ acre Lilly Technology Center campus, enabling the development and manufacturing of life-changing medicines.
Prior to that, Kyle held the position of Operations Manager, managing global third-party manufacturers responsible for drug delivery device components. His tenure also includes his role as a Process Engineer, where he worked with contract manufacturers specializing in molding and assembling drug delivery devices.
Before joining Eli Lilly, Kyle gained significant engineering expertise during his time at Hoosier Gasket Corporation, where he served as Engineering Director and Application Engineer, and at Caterpillar Inc., where he worked as an Engineer for over five years.
