Newark, New Jersey, United States, April 2025 – Kyle Hannon has been appointed as Vice President, HR Delivery at Prudential Financial, taking on a pivotal leadership role focused on optimizing HR delivery across the enterprise and supporting organizational effectiveness and employee experience through data-driven and digitally enabled solutions.
Over the past 15 years at Prudential Financial, Kyle has held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as Director, HR Operations, where he managed key Total Rewards operations, including year-end compensation processes, Workday Advanced Compensation, and enterprise recognition programs. Prior to that, he led the HR Reporting and Analytics team, overseeing global Workday reporting, implementation, and customer experience.
Kyle also served as Director, HR Reporting and Process Management, leading a team that provided actionable insights and metrics to HRBPs and CoEs to drive strategic HR decisions. Earlier in his career at Prudential, he worked across various roles including Senior Specialist and Relationship Manager in HR Shared Services, building his expertise in HRIS, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
Before joining Prudential, he began his HR journey at Edgewell Personal Care, where he supported recruiting and training initiatives through internships and early HR roles.
