Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, September 2024 – Shannon Woolf has been appointed as the Head of People and Operations at TotalFusion Australia, where she will be overseeing the operational management of the TotalFusion Platinum Health and Wellness Precinct. Shannon’s new role marks an exciting expansion of her responsibilities, continuing her leadership in People and Culture while stepping into operational leadership.
Shannon has been a key part of the TotalFusion team since August 2023, serving as the Head of People and Culture. In this role, she led workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and payroll management across TotalFusion Australia, Bowie Grooming & Dog Daycare, and Evra Restaurant & Market.
Prior to joining TotalFusion, Shannon worked as the Talent & Development Specialist at Affinity Education Group from January 2023 to August 2023. She played a significant role in driving talent acquisition strategies and managing national talent development services, partnering with hiring managers to improve recruitment outcomes and employee engagement.
Shannon’s earlier career includes her role as Talent Acquisition Specialist at EMM Consulting Pty Limited, where she was responsible for comprehensive HR tasks, recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development initiatives across the company. Her commitment to people development and operational excellence was evident during her time in this role.
Her career journey also includes notable experience with the Redland City Council, where she served as the Executive Officer – Elected Members and as a Human Resources Officer, implementing organisational recruitment software and managing human resource operations across various departments.
