Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, January 2026 — Larissa Murmann has started a new position as Vice President Global Commercial People Function at Werfen, where she will partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the global commercial leadership team to shape and deliver the strategic people agenda for the commercial function worldwide. In this capacity, she will focus on building a culture that drives innovation, performance, and sustainable growth, while aligning people, talent, and organizational strategy to the company’s long-term commercial ambition.
Over the last 15+ years, Larissa Murmann has built a deeply global HR career across strategy, culture transformation, organizational effectiveness, and digital enablement. Prior to joining Werfen, she spent several years at Unilever International in Singapore, where she served as Digital Chief HR Officer and also as Chief HR Officer, working as a strategic partner to the business leadership team and leading the People Strategy across talent, capabilities, culture, and operations for a large multi-market, digital growth unit.
Before her tenure in Singapore, she held senior HR leadership responsibilities across Latin America with Unilever, including serving as HR Director North Latin America for portfolios spanning Ice Cream, Finance, and Food Solutions. In these roles, she led large-scale workforce and operating model agendas, capability building, transformation initiatives, and complex employee relations requirements across multi-country teams and diverse workforce segments.
Earlier, Larissa Murmann also held regional and functional HR business partnering roles across finance, technology, legal, and supply chain domains, building expertise in workforce planning, digital transformation support, organizational design, talent processes, and leadership development. Across these assignments, she developed a strong track record of aligning people strategy to fast-evolving business priorities and embedding scalable, future-fit people processes through the full employee lifecycle.
In addition to corporate leadership roles, she has also worked as CEO at InfinAIte Frequency, reflecting her interest in the intersection of AI, leadership capability, and organizational transformation, complementing her broader experience in innovation-led culture building and future-of-work models.
