Dubai, United Arab Emirates , January 2026 — Laura Hinton has been appointed as Senior Partner of PwC Middle East, succeeding the outgoing senior partner in the role.
An accomplished leader with extensive experience across the UK firm and the wider EMEA region, Laura is widely recognised for her clarity of judgment, strong partnership values, and a deep, people-first leadership approach. Her appointment reflects PwC’s continued focus on trusted leadership and sustained regional growth.
Prior to this elevation, Laura served as Deputy Territory Senior Partner and Managing Partner at PwC Middle East, where she played a key role in shaping strategy and strengthening the firm’s leadership platform across the region. Before relocating to the Middle East, she spent over two decades with PwC UK, holding several senior leadership roles. These included UK Managing Partner and Management Board Member, UK Tax Leader and Chair of the EMEA Executive Team, and earlier as Executive Board Member and Head of People, where she led major transformation and talent initiatives.
Laura began her professional journey at BDO LLP, where she served as Partner – HR Consulting for more than a decade, building a strong foundation in people advisory and organisational leadership.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Management from King’s College London, graduating with First Class Honours, and has completed the Program for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard Business School.
With this appointment, Laura Hinton is set to lead PwC Middle East into its next phase, reinforcing trust, collaboration, and long-term value creation across the region.
