Houston, Texas, United States – October 2024 – Laura Kelley has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at NextEdge. In her new position, Laura will lead HR strategies across the company, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational growth to support NextEdge’s expanding infrastructure operations.
Laura Kelley has over two decades of experience in HR leadership, organizational design, and talent management. Before joining NextEdge, she served as Director of Talent – Talent Management, Mobility, Planning & Acquisition at Crown Castle for nearly seven years, where she led the first enterprise-wide talent management strategy, enhancing career progression for over 5,500 employees.
Prior to her time at Crown Castle, Laura was the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Atterro Human Capital Group, guiding strategic HR direction for the $256 million organization. Her experience also includes serving as Vice President at Modis, where she optimized internal processes, managed client relations, and oversaw multiple market operations.
Laura began her HR career as a Metro Market Manager at Robert Half International, leading divisions in Houston to unprecedented growth and global recognition. Throughout her career, Laura has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR leadership, change management, and driving organizational success.
