Laura Probert joins Exclaimer following her tenure at Egress Software Technologies, where she served as Chief People Officer for approximately three years. During this time, she played a pivotal role in a successful company exit, significantly reduced voluntary employee attrition, transformed the workplace culture, and introduced award-winning employee benefits.
Prior to Egress, Laura served as Chief People Officer, Digital at Scientific Games, where she led the global people strategy for the company’s digital division. Her career also includes a nearly five-year stint at Xaxis, where she progressed from Chief People Officer, EMEA to Global Chief People Officer, contributing significantly to HR standardization across regions.
Earlier, she held senior HR roles at bwin.party digital entertainment, where she implemented transformative performance management strategies and launched successful global leadership programs. Additionally, she held roles at Adobe and Marshall Cavendish Ltd., contributing to strategic HR initiatives and talent development.
