Laura’s appointment reflects her steady progression within Bloomberg. Prior to this elevation, she served as Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, where she supported operational initiatives, system improvements, and recruitment process enhancements across the organization.
Earlier, she was part of HR Transformation & PMO at Bloomberg, contributing to enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives, project management execution, and operational streamlining efforts designed to modernize people processes and enable business agility.
Laura began her career building strong foundations in communications, marketing, and operations through roles at SUNY Geneseo Scheduling, Events, and Conference Services, the Department of College Advancement at SUNY Geneseo, and as a Communications and Marketing Intern at DASNY (Dormitory Authority – State of New York). These early experiences helped shape her expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination.
