Ville de Paris, France – Cooper Consumer Health is thrilled to announce the appointment of Laure Perret as its new Group Chief People Officer. This strategic move comes as the company embraces significant growth and transformation, making it a pivotal time for leadership in human resources.

Her new role enables her to leverage her extensive experience in HR and change management, while also allowing her to continue her personal and entrepreneurial pursuits with coLore.
Prior to joining Cooper Consumer Health, Perret was the Founder of coLore, where she has been involved since September 2023. At coLore, she focused on professional coaching and consulting in organizational change, transformation, and human resources, helping organizations navigate through change with innovative and strategic interventions.
Before founding coLore, Perret played a pivotal role at Danone as the Change Director from January 2020 to October 2023. There, she led strategic initiatives to overhaul internal structures and processes, significantly enhancing organizational effectiveness and aligning workforce strategies with global business objectives. Her tenure at Danone was marked by significant achievements, including the B-Corp certification for Danone Waters’ brands such as Evian and Badoit.
Previously, Perret served as the Head of Labour Relations at Danone, where from November 2017 to January 2020, she expertly managed industrial relations and was instrumental in negotiating critical company agreements under France’s Macron laws. Her efforts significantly contributed to the company’s adaptive business strategies and enhanced employee relations frameworks.
Her academic involvement as an instructor at CELSA from September 2017 to September 2022 further solidified her expertise in human resources and organizational management, enriching future HR leaders with practical and strategic knowledge.
