In her new role, Laurel will be responsible for shaping and driving Concord’s people-first culture, fostering employee empowerment, and overseeing all aspects of HR strategy, talent management, DEI, and employee engagement across the U.S., Canada, and India. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she will continue to elevate Concord’s workplace experience, championing policies and programs that support more than 200 employees globally.
Laurel’s journey with Concord Technologies began over four years ago, progressing through leadership roles such as Vice President of People and Global Director of People. She has played an instrumental role in building Concord’s HR and Talent Acquisition teams, launching the company’s first HRIS platform, founding its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and driving innovative programs in employee wellness, professional development, and performance management. Laurel’s people-centric vision and dedication to building an inclusive, thriving culture have earned her the trust of both Concord’s leadership and employees.
Prior to joining Concord Technologies, Laurel held senior HR positions at organizations including DoubleDown Interactive and Wunderman Thompson, gaining experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Her early career included roles in HR, recruiting, and employee engagement with Makena Partners, Experis, Mactus Group, and Nordstrom.
