In this expanded leadership capacity, Lauren will continue driving Ro’s talent acquisition strategy, optimizing recruiting operations, and elevating the company’s hiring experience to support its high-growth healthcare mission.
Lauren has been with Ro for five years, steadily rising through multiple leadership positions. Most recently, she served as Director, Recruiting and Talent Operations, where she led high-impact initiatives across recruitment planning, employer branding, and operations infrastructure. Prior to that, she served as Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Recruiter, playing a key role in building Ro’s internal talent engine during a period of rapid expansion and innovation.
Before joining Ro, Lauren made her mark at The Muse, where she was a foundational member of the talent team. Over five years, she helped scale the company from 25 to 140 employees, implemented applicant tracking systems, and led full-cycle recruitment across departments. Earlier in her career, Lauren held multiple client success leadership roles at Artnet, where she also managed global hiring and talent development initiatives across offices in New York, Berlin, London, and Shanghai.
Lauren brings over 15 years of cross-functional experience in recruiting, talent operations, client success, and leadership development, making her a dynamic people leader in the healthcare technology space.
