London, United Kingdom, February 2026 – Lauren Siviter has stepped into the role of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at nCino, leading the company’s global hiring strategy as it continues to scale across international markets.
In her new position, Lauren heads the Global Talent function, reporting to the Global VP of HR, and leads a distributed team of recruiters across the United States and international regions. Her mandate spans early talent, professional, and executive hiring, ensuring alignment between global growth plans and talent strategy.
Lauren joined nCino as Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, where she led Talent Acquisition across EMEA, South Africa, and APAC. She then took on the Interim Head of Global Talent Acquisition role, strengthening global hiring processes and building a unified recruitment framework to support the company’s international expansion.
Prior to nCino, Lauren spent over five years at Adobe, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager – Sourcing & University EMEA. At Adobe, she led sourcing teams across EMEA and built the company’s first University Talent program in the region, scaling early-career hiring and embedding structured graduate recruitment strategies. Her earlier experience includes senior talent roles at Marketo (an Adobe Company), Indeed, and the Government Digital Service, where she led large-scale digital and technology hiring initiatives.
With deep expertise in global recruitment strategy, early talent programs, and cross-regional team leadership, Lauren brings strong capability in building scalable, inclusive, and performance-driven talent acquisition functions to support nCino’s next phase of growth.
