San Rafael, California, United States, September 2025 – Triesten Technologies, LLC, an innovative IT services company specializing in mission-critical applications across healthcare, education, and e-commerce, has appointed Laxman M D as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). In this role, he will lead the company’s people strategy, shaping workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, inclusion, and HR operations to support Triesten’s global growth and product expansion.
After a sabbatical of over three years for health reasons, Laxman returns to the professional arena with renewed energy and focus. He previously served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Capgemini, heading a 150+ member offshore recruitment team that supported global hiring across APAC, UK, Europe, and North America. In this role, he significantly contributed to building a scalable and efficient global hiring function.
Prior to Capgemini, Laxman was Head of Talent Acquisition at Angulus IT Services, where he played a key role in scaling the company into a global SaaS powerhouse. Over his seven-year tenure, he drove transformation initiatives across non-R&D functions, talent acquisition, and people operations, earning Angulus recognition in NASSCOM’s 10K Startup Initiative.
Earlier, he held the role of Manager – Talent Acquisition at Plintron, focusing on both R&D and services organizations, and served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Mindtree, where he supported recruitment for the Chennai location. His career also includes a notable stint at IBM as Sourcing Lead, driving large-scale locational hiring, as well as HR leadership roles at Lionbridge and SolutionNet. Laxman began his career with Universal Consultants, where he worked as a Senior Consultant HR, managing team leadership and account development.
