Lisbon, Portugal, June 2024 – Leonor Ramalho is promoted to Talent and Culture Lead – South & West Europe at Bureau Veritas Group. She extends her gratitude to her leaders, mentors, and colleagues for their support and guidance throughout her journey.
Leonor’s journey at Bureau Veritas Group began in September 2020 when she joined as an HR Manager. In this role, she was responsible for various HR functions, contributing to the company’s success in multiple sectors, including Building & Infrastructure, Agri-food & Commodities, Marine & Offshore, Industry, Certification, and Consumer Products. Her dedication and expertise have been instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work culture.
Before her tenure at Bureau Veritas Group, Leonor served as an HR Manager at Mi3 Limited from September 2017 to August 2020 in Blackburn, United Kingdom. Mi3 Limited specializes in designing, developing, and manufacturing complex plastic medical, pharmaceutical, and scientific devices. During her time there, Leonor played a crucial role in managing HR functions and supporting the company’s growth.
Prior to Mi3 Limited, Leonor worked at Martifer Group for over seven years, where she held the positions of HR Manager and HR Business Partner from September 2010 to December 2016. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, Martifer Group is a multinational company listed on the Euronext Lisbon, operating in the steel construction and energy sectors with over 3000 employees across more than 20 countries. Leonor’s contributions were vital in managing HR operations and supporting the company’s international presence.
Earlier in her career, Leonor gained experience as a Human Resources Technician at Heritage Pacific Australia Pty Ltd from September 2008 to October 2009 in Brisbane, Australia. Heritage Pacific is a leading property developer group based in Queensland. Additionally, she worked at Forest Group, an engineering firm in Queensland, from August 2007 to September 2008.
Leonor’s professional journey began at CEGOC, where she served as a Junior Consultant from May 2005 to June 2007 in Lisbon, Portugal. This role provided her with a strong foundation in consulting and HR practices.
