Prior to joining Alotten, Lexi Jones served as Chief People Officer at OfficeSpace Software, where she played a key role in expanding the company’s global footprint, integrating AI-powered HR tools, and building strategic talent pipelines. She spearheaded leadership development programs and innovative employer branding initiatives that strengthened OfficeSpace’s position as a leading workplace.
Before her tenure at OfficeSpace, she held the role of Senior Vice President, People at SecureLink, where she led transformational HR strategies, organizational change management, and talent development efforts. Lexi also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Campus Advantage, leading HR strategy, talent engagement, and culture development.
