Mexico, December 2024 – Carlos Topete has been appointed as Head of People Services Mexico at Continental. In his new role, Carlos will oversee the people services functions for Continental in Mexico, focusing on optimizing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and leveraging innovative strategies to enhance workforce management. His leadership aims to ensure seamless alignment between organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
Carlos has been with Continental for over eight years, during which he has significantly contributed to the company’s HR transformation. Before his promotion, he served as Global People Services Manager, leading global initiatives from Continental’s Zapopan, Mexico office, where he streamlined HR processes and enhanced operational efficiency. Prior to that, as HR Operations Team Leader, he spearheaded projects that improved HR services delivery, while in his earlier role as Senior HR Operations, he demonstrated excellence in managing complex HR functions.
Before joining Continental, Carlos gained valuable experience at The Kraft Heinz Company, where he worked as a People & Performance Coordinator, managing compensation, benefits, and HR information systems. His journey in HR began at Jabil, where he held multiple roles, including HR Data Specialist and Compensations & Benefits Analyst, contributing to process automation, organizational structure management, and benefits administration across multiple sites in Mexico.
