Rajnish Sharma Appointed as Business Head – Beverages & Projects at Reliance Consumer Products Limited

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Rajnish Sharma has joined Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) as Business Head – Beverages & Projects, marking a strategic leadership transition in India’s evolving FMCG and beverages landscape. In this role, Rajnish will drive the end-to-end strategy for category growth, product innovation, commercial execution, and market acceleration, helping build RCPL’s ambitious consumer product platform from the ground up.

Prior to joining RCPL, Rajnish spent over 11 years at The Coca-Cola Company, holding several impactful leadership roles across India, Nepal, South West Asia, and Southeast Asia. His journey included serving as Senior Director – Customer Management Group, Director – Customer Management, and Country Sales & Commercial Director, where he led omnichannel growth, developed high-performing commercial teams, and engineered robust route-to-market strategies that significantly boosted profitability and market share.

Before this, he contributed to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages for over a decade, leading national key accounts, regional sales, marketing, capability development, and modern trade transformation. His efforts consistently delivered exceptional execution, including a market share surge in Gujarat and innovative trade activations during key sporting events.

Rajnish also held early leadership roles at ITC Limited, where he led contract manufacturing in the foods division and collaborated on R&D-driven packaging and flavor innovations, and at Coca-Cola’s franchise operations in Bhutan and Kolkata where he turned around operational performance and quality benchmarks.
