Colleyville, Texas, United States, July 2025 — Aviya Home Care & Support Services has been founded by Jada Hayes, MPA, SPHR, who now assumes the role of Founder & Chief People and Care Officer. With a distinguished career in strategic human resources leadership and a deep-rooted passion for community-based care, Jada’s move marks a new chapter both in her professional journey and in the home healthcare landscape.

At Aviya Home Care & Support Services, Jada sets the vision, mission, and operational direction of the agency, overseeing regulatory compliance, strategic growth, and individualized care delivery. She is responsible for leading initiatives across intake, licensing, caregiver recruitment, and quality assurance—anchored in a commitment to compassionate and dignified in-home support.

Before founding Aviya, Jada most recently served as Manager – HR Business Partner at Lennox, where she partnered with executive teams including the CFO, CMO, and CLO to align HR strategies with corporate functions. Prior to this, she spent over nine years at Verizon, holding senior HR leadership roles including Human Resources Business Partner – Sr. Manager, where she was instrumental in organizational redesigns, employee experience strategies, and major transformation initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Jada held HR leadership positions at Ignite Restaurant Group, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, Lowe’s Home Improvement, People Centered Support Services, and Resources and Residential Alternatives, spanning over two decades of hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and culture building.

She holds a Master’s in Public Administration (Human Resources) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology & Sociology (Dual Degree) from Grambling State University.

Aviya Home Care & Support Services was born out of Jada’s long-standing mission to serve individuals with compassion, dignity, and empowerment. The agency offers high-quality, personalized home care solutions tailored to support seniors, individuals with disabilities, and their families in navigating daily living with independence and peace of mind.
