Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 — Sushmita Bisht has joined Ctruh as Director – HR. Her appointment marks an important milestone in her human resources career and comes as the company continues to build the infrastructure behind the evolving digital commerce experience. With a professional journey shaped by talent acquisition, hiring strategy, and people leadership, she brings strong experience to this new mandate.
Before joining Ctruh, Sushmita Bisht served as Asst. Manager – Talent Acquisition at Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd, where she spent more than three years strengthening talent acquisition efforts. Prior to that, she worked as Asst. Manager Talent Acquisition at Cashfree Payments, where she partnered with hiring managers and business leaders to identify current and future hiring needs, managed end-to-end recruitment processes, designed direct sourcing strategies, and worked closely with senior leaders to fulfill recruitment requirements efficiently. Her work also included reducing agency spend, promoting referral campaigns, providing market insights on talent pools, and driving hiring outcomes through multiple sourcing channels.
Earlier, she worked as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at HackerEarth, further deepening her expertise in recruitment and hiring. Before that, she built strong consulting experience at Kelly Services India, where she served as Senior Consultant and Consultant. In these roles, she handled end-to-end talent acquisition deliverables for a variety of business verticals, supported manpower growth for startups across India, managed the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborated with clients on competency mapping, and helped scale teams rapidly. She also consulted an early-stage ed-tech startup on setting up hiring processes and scaled its team from 15 to 80 members in a short span of time.
Prior to Kelly Services India, Sushmita Bisht worked at BOT Shreyasi, where she served as Recruitment Manager and earlier as Recruiter. During this period, she handled end-to-end recruitment across listed and unlisted companies in multiple industries in India and abroad, with particular expertise in sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and building consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
Her career journey reflects strong and consistent growth across recruitment, talent acquisition, hiring strategy, and people management. With experience spanning startups, fintech, software, consulting, and talent advisory environments, Sushmita Bisht brings a practical and well-rounded HR perspective to her new leadership role at Ctruh.
