Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Sreeja Nair has been elevated to the role of Vice President – HR at Marsh Risk, marking a significant milestone in her career within the organization.
In her new role, Sreeja will be responsible for driving HR strategy, strengthening organizational capability, and advancing people initiatives, supporting Marsh Risk’s continued growth and focus on building resilient, high-performing teams.
Prior to this elevation, Sreeja Nair served as Assistant Vice President – HR at Marsh India, where she played a key role in managing HR operations and supporting business-aligned people strategies across the organization.
Before joining Marsh, she spent over eight years with STARTEK, where she progressed through multiple HR leadership roles including Manager – Human Resources, Assistant Manager – Human Resources, Lead – Human Resources, and Management Trainee – Human Resources.
During her tenure at STARTEK, she led several impactful initiatives including employee engagement programs, succession planning frameworks, leadership development initiatives, and performance management systems, while also managing employee relations and talent development across geographies.
She has demonstrated strong capabilities in HR policy design, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, contributing significantly to workforce effectiveness and organizational culture.
Sreeja holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from SIES College of Management Studies, further strengthening her foundation in people management and HR strategy.
