Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2026 — Ruhi Sharma has started a new chapter in her professional journey with Avaada Group as General Manager – Talent Acquisition, further strengthening the company’s leadership as it scales its clean energy, renewable power, and green technology workforce.
In her new role, Ruhi will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Avaada Group’s renewable energy business, overseeing recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and team leadership to support the company’s ambitious expansion across solar, green hydrogen, battery storage, and energy transition sectors.
Prior to joining Avaada Group, Ruhi served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Jakson Green, where she led hiring for key renewable sectors including solar, wind EPC, green hydrogen, desalination, and EV manufacturing. She managed large-scale corporate and site-level hiring while aligning talent strategies with fast-growing business demands.
Before Jakson Green, Ruhi held senior talent acquisition leadership roles at ReNew as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, supporting solar, green hydrogen, and carbon credits businesses. Her earlier experience also includes HR and recruitment leadership at Jubilant Generics, Naari Pharma, Naukri.com, and Phi Resource Management Services, where she built deep expertise in recruitment planning, stakeholder engagement, business HR, training and development, and strategic workforce management.
With over 17 years of experience spanning renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and recruitment consulting, Ruhi brings exceptional talent leadership capabilities to Avaada’s expanding global clean energy ecosystem.
