Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Amit Mishra has started his role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Viraj Profiles PVT, bringing extensive experience across HR strategy, industrial relations, talent management, digital HR transformation, culture transformation, and leadership development.
In this role, Amit leads the people strategy for Viraj Profiles, overseeing HR governance, HR policy frameworks, employee engagement, talent acquisition, industrial relations, succession planning, SAP HANA HR, analytics, and AI-enabled HR tools across large-scale manufacturing operations.
Before Viraj Profiles, Amit served as Head HR / General Manager at Maharashtra Seamless Limited, where he led HR and personnel functions across multiple manufacturing units and managed workforce engagement, safety, industrial relations, and leadership development initiatives.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Apex Buildsys, MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services Ltd, and other development and industrial organizations, building deep expertise in HR operations, stakeholder management, compliance, administration, capacity building, and talent development.
Amit holds a PGDHRM – Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI – VIL Programs, strengthening his strategic HR leadership foundation.
