Prior to joining Newgen Software, Kashish Kapoor spent nearly a decade as CHRO at NEC Corporation India Pvt Ltd, where she led large-scale HR transformation initiatives, global mobility programs, and cultural integration efforts. She played a critical role in defining HR priorities, leading organizational transformation, and establishing global shared services frameworks, while aligning HR strategy closely with business objectives.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at IBM, where she drove diversity and inclusion strategies, talent management frameworks, and HR innovation initiatives, contributing to award-winning programs in diversity and workforce strategy.
She also brings valuable experience from ING Vysya Life Insurance and Oriflame India Pvt Ltd, where she led HR functions spanning employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development, building strong people-centric practices across organizations.
Her early career includes foundational HR and business roles at Essar Cellphone and Modi Xerox, where she developed deep expertise in HR operations, workforce planning, and business alignment.
