Austin, Texas, United States, September 2025 — Easy Pay Direct has appointed Liam Higgins as its new Head of Talent Acquisition & HR. With a career spanning over a decade in recruitment, talent management, and HR leadership, Liam brings a proven record of building high-performing teams and driving innovative talent strategies across industries.
Liam joins Easy Pay Direct after more than four years with Randstad Enterprise, where he most recently served as Recruiting Specialist supporting Google. In this role, he played a key part in implementing innovative DEI-focused sourcing strategies that drove successful hires in areas such as software engineering, embedded systems, and AI/machine learning. Previously, he also served as Talent Delivery Manager and Team Lead, managing a team of 15 recruiters and significantly increasing efficiency and output.
Earlier, Liam was a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Allére Group, where he excelled in full lifecycle recruitment for fintech, financial services, and big tech clients. Before that, he worked with Artech Information Systems and Improving, where he successfully transformed recruitment processes, implemented innovative interview practices, and consistently exceeded placement targets.
His foundation in recruitment was built through impactful roles at Randstad USA and Experis, where he partnered with leading organizations across healthcare, technology, and financial services to deliver tailored talent solutions.
In his new role at Easy Pay Direct, Liam will lead the company’s global HR and talent acquisition strategy, supporting business growth through workforce development, organizational design, and scalable recruitment practices.
