San Francisco Bay Area, February 2025 – Michelle McCune has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Moon Creative Lab. With a strong background in HR leadership, organizational development, and talent management, she will drive the company’s people strategy and culture transformation as Moon Creative Lab continues to scale its global impact.
Michelle has been a part of Moon Creative Lab for nearly five years, previously serving as Global Head of HR, where she led HR operations, talent strategy, and workforce planning. Prior to Moon, she was Director, HR Business Partner at Netflix, overseeing HR strategy and executive coaching for business leaders.

Before her time at Netflix, Michelle worked at Samsung NEXT as Director of People Operations, where she developed and implemented HR frameworks to support early-stage startups and acquisitions within Samsung’s innovation ecosystem. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Accenture, including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Strategy Lead, where she managed organizational growth, M&A integrations, and global talent management initiatives.
Michelle also held key roles at Verint Systems, leading the HR transformation post-Kana Software acquisition, and has a deep foundation in HR strategy, executive development, and people operations, making her a valuable asset to Moon Creative Lab’s leadership team.
