Chantilly, VA, USA – October 22, 2024 – LightRidge Solutions, a leader in advanced space payloads and on-orbit processing technologies, has appointed Nick Weiser as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over two decades of experience as a human resources professional, Weiser was most recently Vice President of Human Resources at L3Harris Technologies.
In his new role, Weiser will provide strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of LightRidge’s HR function. He will oversee human capital programs, policies, and services, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and engagement to support the company’s overall mission. Weiser will also drive the development of standard HR policies aimed at promoting maximum effectiveness and cohesiveness across the organization.

As CHRO, Weiser will oversee LightRidge’s three business units: Geost, Trident, and Ophir, leading efforts in areas such as leadership development, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, legal compliance, and policy development.
Weiser holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nazareth College and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the State University of New York at Fredonia. He officially assumed the role of CHRO at LightRidge Solutions on October 7, 2024.
