She has held transformational senior leadership roles at companies including Simpro Group, Bonobos, Walmart eCommerce, Cart.com, Lemonade, Gilt Groupe, and Condé Nast. Widely recognized for leading teams across the full spectrum of people functions, Patterson is known for developing modern people strategies that align talent, culture, and performance with business growth.
Joe Aleardi joins as Chief Revenue Officer with a strong record of driving revenue acceleration and improving customer value creation. His career highlights include leading a business unit at IBM responsible for over $200 million in revenue and transforming go-to-market functions at EDITED, where he helped triple revenue. Aleardi has also held executive positions with a range of early-stage growth companies including SWRVE and Infiterra, bringing deep strength in scaling GTM operations and enterprise growth programs.
The appointments come as Limble continues to expand its leadership team and strengthen product innovation in 2026. With Gary Specter joining as CEO, the company has also launched new AI and data-driven features aimed at saving time for maintenance technicians and asset owners.
