London, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Arum Global has announced the appointment of James Scott as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). In this role, James will be responsible for driving Arum Global’s growth strategy, overseeing partnerships, and supporting expansion across priority international markets, with a strong emphasis on the United States.
James joins with a strong track record in senior commercial leadership, having led growth initiatives across complex service-led organisations. He brings particular depth in partnership development, strategic client relationships, and scaling revenue in the US market, supported by extensive experience building and leading high-performing growth teams.

James will work closely with the executive team to align growth initiatives with Arum Global’s long-term strategy, with a focus on delivering sustainable, high-quality revenue growth for clients and partners.
Before joining Arum Global, James Scott spent a little over two years with CV-Library as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), where he led a Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing organization of 160+ professionals driving £60m+ in annual revenues. His remit included scaling commercial execution and strengthening go-to-market performance in a high-velocity, technology-enabled recruitment marketplace.
Prior to that, he spent about four years as Chief Revenue Officer at GWI, a SaaS audience insights company serving brands, agencies, and media organizations across 48 countries, with data representing more than 2 billion connected consumers and tens of thousands of data points profiling internet users globally.
Earlier in his journey, James served for around one and a half years as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Fospha Marketing, where he focused on scaling sales, sharpening go-to-market strategy, evolving pricing models, building lead funnel effectiveness, and launching new markets in a competitive martech landscape.
He also spent close to two years as Chief Executive Officer at Vendigo Finance, leading business and sales team buildout across multiple European countries, shaping go-to-market strategy, supporting fundraising, strengthening commercial relationships, and managing key regulatory and operational requirements.
In an earlier chapter, James held multiple senior leadership roles at Groupon over nearly five years, including Managing Director (UK & IE), Head of Sales (UK & IE), and Regional Vice President of Sales, with responsibilities spanning P&L leadership, multi-vertical sales strategy, operational efficiency, and commercial team development at scale.
James also brings founding and international development experience—having built and sold a sales and marketing business at PGLC Incorporated, and supporting global project development at MECT Dubai. He began his career in investment banking with UBS Investment Bank, spanning fixed income, syndicate, and sales/trading responsibilities.
